Right now each and every piece is made to order, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. All measurements are provided in the item descriptions. 

In the event that part of your order is incorrect or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues! If your item arrives damaged, you have 14 days from arrival of delivery to contact us to inquire about repair/replacement. Any incurred damage from harsh wear is not eligible for a replacement, so please be careful with your pieces! Refunds for special requests will be made on a case by case basis.
